Design learning: heuristic or using learning styles?

Don't care what learners are and just help with what they like ??
Learning styles isn't ( proven to be) helpfull!

I Also believe that if we dump stuff on learners that they must learn, they'll use their preferred method for learning.  But learners achieve more when they really want to do/have/become something.
They'll try everything.
